What is Kulturnatta Tromsø?
Kulturnatta Tromsø is a celebration where the city opens up for an entire day, from morning until evening. Museums, churches, theatres, libraries, galleries, shops, bars, as well as unexpected venues host concerts, performances, guided tours, workshops, talks, and a wide range of other activities – everything is free, and the idea is to wander through the city, explore, and discover places and experiences you might not normally seek out.
Kulturnatta Tromsø takes place every year on the first Friday in October and has been an annual event since 2014. There is something in the program for all ages, and the events are open and welcoming to both locals and visitors.
