As an organizer, you must:
- Create an event on Facebook and invite Kulturnatt Tromsø as a co-organiser.
- Write about your event as part of cultural night Tromsø, on your own channels.
- Collect posters as early as possible and hang them up in/outside your venue. Both main poster and posters you can write on yourself. Information regarding when pivk up is ready, will be sent all organizers as soon as possible.
- On the Culture Night itself, we encourage you to make the venue/arena/entrance area clearly visible, so there is no doubt that you are taking part in the Culture Night! Many people seek out places they have never been before and need clear descriptions and signs.
