Practical information for Organisers

Join us in creating a memorable evening with a variety of cultural features!

To register your event, fill up the form below before 02.09.2026.

Event registration

Submit your event. *All fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
  • Choose a compelling and descriptive title for your event.
  • Select an image that best represents your event. This will be the main image for your post. Recommended image size: 1200 × 690 px. Maximum file size: 1 MB.
  • Provide the full content of your event. Ensure it's well-written and relevant.
  • Provide a summary of your event. Max 30 Character/signs.
  • Please enter the name of your place.
  • Copy paste from Google Maps. Ex: Strandgata 22, 9008 Tromsø
    Choose the most relevant categories for your event. Multiple category event is allowed.
  • If you have a guest artist or collaborator, enter their name here
  • Ex: 14:00 - 16:15
  • Choose your membership

As an organizer, you must:

  • Create an event on Facebook and invite Kulturnatt Tromsø as a co-organiser.
  • Write about your event as part of cultural night Tromsø, on your own channels.
  • Collect posters as early as possible and hang them up in/outside your venue. Both main poster and posters you can write on yourself. Information regarding when pick up is ready, will be sent all organizers as soon as possible.
  • On the Culture Night itself, we encourage you to make the venue/arena/entrance area clearly visible, so there is no doubt that you are taking part in the Culture Night! Many people seek out places they have never been before and need clear descriptions and signs.
