Guided tour of the county council’s art collection
Troms County Council owns one of the region’s largest art collections. Our art collection is displayed in county council buildings throughout the county. It comprises both integrated artworks and freestanding pieces in the County House in Tromsø, in upper secondary schools and dental clinics, and in other buildings we own. In our art collection, you will find works by Iver Jåks, Hans Ragnar Mathisen, Grete Andrea Kvaal, Aslaug Juliussen, Geir Tore Holm, Marit Følstad, Åse Texmon Rygh, Synnøve Persen, Åsne Kummeneje Mellem, and many other significant artists with links to the county and the region. During Kulturnatta, we invite you to a guided tour of the art collection at the County Hall in Tromsø! Places are limited.
